Annual General Meeting and General Meeting

As a member-led organization, RAFMA holds a General Meeting (GM) in the first half of the year and an Annual General Meeting (AGM) in the second half.

These events provide an opportunity for members to engage, share insights, and discuss important initiatives shaping our Association’s future. We encourage all members to participate, as your voice is vital in guiding RAFMA forward.

Traditionally, the AGM takes place during the same weekend as the Annual Dinner, allowing members to come together and enjoy a balance of social interaction and the formalities of reviewing the Association's activities.

When can I book events?
We aim to have RAFMA event information and sign-up available on our website and the Wix Spaces app 6 to 8 weeks prior to each event, though specific timings may vary. Members will also receive notifications via email and through our WhatsApp Community.

How do I book?
With an active RAFMA membership, you can register for events and book meals for yourself and your guests. If you have any questions or need assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact us here.
